Support in monitoring processes, and in analyzing potential options to improve them
Collect and analyze financial and business data to create and maintain accurate models and dashboards that allow for short and long-term business decision
Establish KPIs based on multiple data sources (internal and external). This includes monitoring, challenging and improving business, financial and functional performance
Translate data into meaningful insights and present recommendations to key decision makers and stakeholders
Develop and drive actionable insights into the organization
Articulate insights verbally and into compelling documents and presentations
Define and align KPIs for business units
Track business results, financial targets, and strategic initiatives
Develop structures, process, and systems to establish routine and automated visibility of business performance to support a fast-growing, profitable business
Requirements
First experience in a data-driven environment, e.g., commercial training, internships or first work experience in a finance, controlling or data-related team of a fast-growing company, in a management consultancy or any other fast-paced, high-pressure (but fun) environment
Strong analytical and comprehension skills, especially when it comes to new analytical methods, software applications and tools
Structured and independent working style
Business, IT, engineering or closely related university degree
Fluent in English (Fluent in German is a plus)
Experience with MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SQL, Programming Languages, Tableau and Data Visualization is a plus
Experience in Software, IT or Technology is a plus
