Call and email customers who cancel their subscription
Answer customer inquiries (via email and phone) who have questions regarding subscription renewal
Build a deep understanding of customers and their use case and restate the value proposition of TeamViewer to customers who cancel or move to a lower subscription plan
Help the Retention Team collect and analyze qualitative feedback received from customers
Assist the Retention Team develop and implement appropriate retention strategies and methodologies for various customer segments
Requirements
Fluency in German and English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
Ability to identify and resolves customer issues through creative retention and sales techniques
Experience in asking questions and understanding customer journeys and pain-points
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple duties competently, accurately and efficiently
Preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Ideally experience in a SaaS company and customer retention
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak clearly to customers on the phone and convey the value proposition of TeamViewer
Outstanding negotiating and customer service skills are required
Deeply curious about customer behavior and action drivers
Winner mentality and ability to work under pressure
