Responsibilities

TeamViewer is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Americas organization who will help build out analytics and reporting in support of go-to-market initiatives. The preferred candidate has a creative problem-solving mindset, will have experience supporting Sales, is comfortable managing large data sets, has strong attention to detail, can build financial models, and has strong communication skills. They will work cross-functionally across sales, operations, marketing, BI, and finance with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven and strategic operating decisions. This individual must have a significant sales reporting experience coupled with an in depth knowledge of sales operations.

  • Extract data sets, perform analyses and build financial models to support pipeline, coverage, renewal, or other initiatives
  • Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to help drive increasing Sales productivity
  • Manage operational process improvement projects
  • Support the implementation of Sales productivity, planning and reporting tools
  • Assist with annual planning and monthly forecasting processes for the AMS Sales organization
  • Analyze performance and productivity data and assist in preparing slides for QBRs, or other Sales leadership presentations
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of Sales and Operations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Americas organizations regarding sales productivity and performance management
  • Owns sales variable compensation calculations and processing
  • Develops and manages sales performance reporting and analytics
  • Create monthly reports tracking performance and success, pointing out areas in need of improvement and making recommendations
  • Ad-hoc reporting and projects from the President of the TeamViewer Americas organization as warranted
  • Supports and actively contributes to sales operations initiatives to drive business and sales growth

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in Sales Finance / Sales Operations
  • Minimum of 3+ years working with data analytics and ERP databases
  • Positive “can do” attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and come up with creative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others
  • Hands on mentality and is comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working with large data sets while maintaining data quality
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
  • In depth knowledge and working experience with Tableau development, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics, or finance (MBA preferred)
  • Personal responsibility, ability to work independently and against timelines, and enjoys changes and innovations
