We are looking for a seasoned and passionate Senior Solutions Expert (m/f/d) OT Partnerships with deep knowledge of the SAP products to act as the head of the technical partnership with SAP for TeamViewer’s Tensor, Frontline, IoT and other products.
- Have a deep understand of the SAP as well as TeamViewer technologies and drive architecture and design for the integrations in alignment with the SAP technology roadmap
- Manage the development workstreams of the SAP integration in collaboration with internal R&D/Project Engineering or external development partners to deliver base on the requirements
- Own the technical interface with SAP and build a long-term relationship with the SAP technical teams
- Liaise with the various TeamViewer Core Product R&D teams, define feature requests and influence the evolution of the Core Product
- Cooperate with our Enterprise Sales teams to support technical discussions and demos for key accounts
- Manage Demo and QA environments, act as the PO for any tool development projects and work on complex partner technical issues
- These responsibilities are not limited to these specific duties and can be aligned in an interactive way
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, information systems, applied computer science or a similar education in an IT related field
- 8+ years in technical expert role on SAP projects
- Experience working in matrixed organizations with global engineering teams as well as in leading API/SDK focused deals with Fortune 500 companies
- Front facing experience with strategic customers and partners as well as the ability to pitch to C-level executives and clearly articulating a value proposition
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
- Passionate about cloud, Enterprise Business technologies and emerging categories
- Ability to travel internationally (less than 10%/year)
