  • Assist Retention Manager in organizing and assigning retention cases to the appropriate team member and communicating with customers
  • Answer tickets and emails and win back subscription customers by understanding their requirements and meeting their needs
  • Provide information to customers on the suite of products TeamViewer offers and help them maximize the benefit from using TeamViewer products

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Passionate about new technologies, sales, and communicating with customers
  • Have an engaging and honest communication style that builds trust and confidence with others
  • Understand how to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from culturally diverse backgrounds
  • German (business fluency is a must) and good English skills. Ideally, you speak other language(s); French, Spanish, Dutch or Italian
  • Internship or work experience preferred but not mandatory
