Student (m/f/d) Customer Support - Finance

Support our dunning calls team on their day-to-day work
Contribute to our client’s success by executing outbound calls and responding to requests from external customers relating to Accounts Receivable inquiries
Utilize workflow and ERP tools to document customer requests and ensure proper handling of issues

University studies in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, International Relations, Foreign Languages, Translating & Interpreting, or related direction
Previous experience in contacting customers is an advantage
A high level of communication skills, willingness to learn and team spirit
A certain affinity for numbers, reliability and a careful and structured way of working
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Fluency in German and advanced level in Italian language, English is a plus
