We are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) to manage and support our teams deveoping Enterprise Product: Teansor. Work closely together with other R&D leaders and contribute to department-wide initiatives.The position will report to the Vice President Software Development and provides excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.
- Lead 2 full-stack agile teams which focus on building services for the platform used by all TeamViewer products and be accountable for delivering the roadmap
- Be responsible for quality of the code team delivers as well as their overall effectiveness
- Utilize your strong technical background to inspire and guide the team, ensure that their solutions can be used by other teams in an easy and flexible manner
- Provide guidance to the team to foster an agile mindset focusing on delivering software meeting highest quality in terms of stability, performance and security
- Enable open feedback and communication culture within the team
- Ensure the personal and professional development of the team members to help them reach their full potential
Requirements
- A university or college degree in the field of information technology or a related subject
- 2+ years in a leadership role in an agile environment
- 5+ years of software development experience in at least one high-level language (C++ or C# advanteagous)
- Good knowledge of clean code, design patterns for object-orientated programming, scalable distributed systems, security and network communication.
- Structured and analytical working methods and a good team spirit
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
